Fifteen years ago, Barry Siegal, Willard Tucker and I had an idea. Let’s start a home building company. The real estate market had just crashed in a spectacular fashion and home builders were going out of business or leaving the Triad area as fast as they could. That did not stop Royal Homes of NC from being formed. We knew that if we could deliver a great home in great locations, we would be successful.

The success came slowly.... Two homes closed that first year and then ten the next. A few more closed the following year. Each year the company grew. We started adding to the team in 2013 with an onsite Builder to help with the jobsite management. 2014 saw additional office staff added. Royal Homes now has eighteen employees! We broke into the “Top Ten Home Builders list” in the Triad in 2018 and have been at the top of that list ever since. 2025 will see the closing of our 1000th home! 
Our focus remains the same as it was fifteen years ago. Your family deserves the best when it comes to your home, and you should get the most for your money. We will always strive to provide a great quality home that you will be proud to call your own.
