We believe that new homes should come with the standard features that buyers expect.  Our long list of standard features is evidence of our commitment to home buyers in this regard.  You should get more for your money and not be nickel and dimed for the most basic options.

 We believe in energy efficient homes.  Each of our homes is HERS rated by an independent rating service.  This commitment saves our homeowners money every month with lower utility bills. 

We believe in customer service.  We provide an excellent warranty that covers most items for the first year and structural components for ten years.  We have a dedicated Owner Help Manager whose job is to assist our buyers with scheduling service or answering questions.  We want to be a resource for our customers. 

Lastly, we believe that homeowners should have access to the folks that own the company.  Every homeowner is provided with my personal cell phone number so that I can assist in any way I can.  I want you to have an incredible experience.  That is my commitment to you!
