My experience with Royal Homes of NC has been wonderful from the start.
We desired a new build home that was move-in ready and decided to take a look at some of the houses that were available here.

The homes were not only beautiful but we were more impressed with the quality of the workmanship and the family feel of the Royal Homes team.

We decided on the Chelsea model and could not be happier with our decision.
The builder provided a host of incentives that were much better than anything offered elsewhere.

My family purchased our first home through Royal Homes with Renee’s help. We were able to choose what was most important to us in the house and select upgrades based on that. We had a lot of questions throughout the process. Renee was available and responsive during the process.

We have a toddler and he was welcome at our meetings and the Royal Homes staff made sure to include him as appropriate. Our toddler still enjoys seeing Ms. Renee and always wants to say hi. We have been in our home for a year and love our home.

Where do I begin… Susan is absolutely amazing! She helped me from start to finish. She took her time showing me the available lots & was available every step of the way.

The expert craftsmanship of the house is above & beyond what I anticipated. Bob Woodard and his team are phenomenal. The whole process went smooth and I would highly recommend Royal Homes as your home builder.
